Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering. You can review the products, quantity, shipping and total before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items.

Prices are displayed in AUD unless expressly stated otherwise. Available payment methods and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. We will not charge you a higher amount for an existing order without your agreement.

Products, bundles and optional extras

The selected kit determines the items included in your order. Eligible bundle gifts are added at no extra charge and shown as free in the cart and checkout. Optional extras, including the digital guide, are charged only when added to the order. Check your selection and the order summary before paying.

Follow the product instructions and safety guidance. The pneumatic dent puller requires a compatible air compressor, sold separately. Suitability and results depend on the panel, dent and paint condition. Product descriptions do not remove your statutory rights.

Delivery, changes and refunds

See our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back policy and statutory remedies. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Dispatch may prevent a cancellation, but return rights remain available as described in those policies.

Australian consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees, any remedy required by law or rights to compensation where applicable. The 30-day voluntary return period does not limit the duration of statutory rights.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to orders already placed. Contact us at the email above with any question or complaint. Mandatory consumer protections in the jurisdiction applicable to your purchase continue to apply.
