30-day money-back policy and free returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Vorylane covers the return shipping cost, including for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies.

How to request a return

Email contact@vorylane.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label or another return method paid for by Vorylane. Please contact us before posting a return so that we can arrange the correct address and shipping method.

Return the product with its accessories and any gifts supplied as part of the bundle, using suitable protective packaging. Reasonable use to try the product does not, by itself, exclude the 30-day money-back policy. Please tell us about any missing parts or damage so we can advise you. The business correspondence address below is not necessarily the returns warehouse.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and checked, we will process the refund to the original payment method and notify you. Your payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears. Refunds cover the amount actually paid for the returned items; free bundle gifts have no separate cash refund value.

Digital guides

For a digital guide, contact us within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied or cannot access the content. No physical return is needed. If we refund the digital purchase, your licence to retain or use the content ends.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description. We may ask for information to assess the problem, but a photo or original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights. For a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faults and provide any other remedy required by law.

Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited to 30 days. Sale items and gifts supplied with a purchase retain any applicable consumer guarantees.
