Delivery within Australia

We offer free standard delivery across Australia for orders placed on vorylane.com. Prices and checkout totals are in Australian dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes or other charges collected by us are shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally dispatched within 24–48 hours after ordering. Estimated delivery is 5–7 days from ordering. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, remote destinations, carrier delays or customs processing may affect delivery.

Order updates

We send order and shipping updates to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated period so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is damaged, missing or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number. We remain responsible for providing any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Digital products

Videos and ebooks are digital products and are not sent as physical books. If you have difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, contact us with your order number.
